Lincoln Park Dwellings
artist's book, 12 pages laser printed on Desert Storm recycled 80lb. card stock, blue plastic tarp cover, acrylic lettering, 3” x 10.5”, staple and duct tape binding, edition of 12, 2021
In the last year I’ve seen things get dire. At the local park where I walk my dogs everyday, things have gone from mediocre to desperate. The unhoused population has skyrocketed. I’ve seen people huddled around a trashcan fire, a naked woman sprinkler bathing, and the remains of more than one RV blaze. I started making drawings of assorted park dwellings, then wrote poetic descriptions, and put them together to make this artist’s book.

This artist’s book is related to my Gilligan’s Island Establishing Shots video.
